Two Working
Models
We offer our
clients two operating paradigms:
The Studio
Model:
The major
clients are serviced exclusively by a
dedicated team comprising dedicated studio
model. A senior Architect or engineer
maintains a close supervision over his or
her team leading each dedicated studio team.
Continuity is the essence here with each
project. We travel up the learning curve
together. Over time our studio team evolves
a detailed understanding of client,
preferences and operational styles. Client
get their own private back office in our
studio and our communication system make the
geographic distance meaningless.
Project
Based Model:
The project
based model is intended to service the
smaller, occasional or first time clients.
Here while the service team may vary, the
team leader and key person assures
continuity of communication and
co-ordination with the clients. We encourage
our clients to visit our offices and at the
same time we can send our team to work with
their project leads.
Our Work Process:
Like any other business assignment off
shoring starts with the first contact. The
client transmits the initial design,
information to us in either digital or hard
copy. Digital files can be uploaded to FTP
or E-Mailed. We consult with the client to
develop a drawing list and estimates the
number of man hours required for completing
the given task. Both parties enter into a
service agreement, a common set of technical
and graphic parameters is established and a
schedule is drawn up for periodic delivery
of drawings. |
